The headlight buckets were moderately corroded. Mostly surface rust and flaking paint. The buckets were sandblasted by Brian Curley, primed, and painted with PlasticKote Super Enamel. The retaining springs were wirewheeled, all chrome cleaned and polished, and the components assembled with all screw heads aligned.
